Get to know our team: Lenie

Lenie came to Finland in 2017:

"There are many good things about this country. We wanted to bring our family here so that we could live a good life and have the opportunity to work and study. Now my dream has come true, with my family living here with me and I can give my daughter a good life and education."

Lenie started working at Carestep in November 2021 as a part-time cleaner, and soon after starting, moved on to become a full-time cleaner. Lenie cleans our client Krogerus' premises in the heart of Helsinki.

Lenie has been enjoying working at Carestep:

"When I started working at Carestep, I was delighted with the way they treated me as an employee. They care about their employees and give us all the support we need at work and in our personal development. Carestep gives us free Finnish language tuition. I feel appreciated."

In the future, Lenie wants to learn more of the language so that working and everyday life will run more smoothly:

"I want to learn more Finnish so that in the future I can communicate easily in it, especially when it comes to work and everyday life."

Lenie spends the free time with family and friends. They like to cook, watch films and go out exploring.
